Biography

Hello, and thanks for visiting my blog. I've been taking pictures and writing since the early sixties--when I started with a $25 Kodak Retinette and a diary.
My dad gave me a love of words, and my mom gave me an appreciation of beauty and light.
Incidentally, for my day job, I'm a Quality and Informatics Consultant at Group Health Cooperative in Seattle.
It's easy to lose that sense of poetry, but taking pictures, writing, and more importantly, staying in touch, helps me remember what's important.
